Due to increasing prices for parcel distribution at PostNord, we will begin phasing them out as a delivery option during 2026. The decision has been made to continue to ensure a high and consistent service - from order to delivery.
Recently, our customer service has experienced an increasing number of inquiries from customers who have had difficulty getting in touch with PostNord regarding their shipments. At the same time, we are seeing that more and more people are choosing delivery with GLS, which both delivers faster and is easier to get in touch with.
We have repeatedly tried to enter into dialogue with PostNord about both of these challenges, but without success.
As part of the phasing out of PostNord, we are therefore working on entering into new partnerships with, among others, DAO and Bring. This means that in the future you will have even more flexible delivery options when you shop with us.
