Will the prices increase with us?

General questions

How discreet is it to shop with us?

It is very discreet to shop with us. We do not share your information with anyone other than the shipping company and your goods are sent in a cardboard box, shipping bag or envelope that only says "Priverv". The package is therefore completely anonymous and no one will be able to guess what is in it.

Example:

What will appear on the account statement at the bank?

Your bank statement will simply say "SP*PRIVERV". So don't worry, nobody will be able to see what you bought or where you bought it from.

Can I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over DKK 500 which are sent to Pakkeboks in Denmark. Free delivery to Sweden for purchases over SEK 650.

Can I choose the parcel box/post office myself?

Yes. You can choose which PostNord parcel shop/box you want your parcel delivered to.

How does day-to-day delivery work?

Day-to-day delivery applies when ordering goods that are in stock before 16.00 on weekdays and only applies to orders that are delivered to Parcelshop/box in Denmark.

Do you deliver to Norway?

Unfortunately, we no longer deliver to Norway, due to logistical and administrative challenges.

Is a product out of stock or not available in my size?

We recommend that you contact us so that we can check the current stock status for you. In some cases, we have items in stock that have not yet been counted. Alternatively, the item may be reserved or pre-ordered.

Can I cancel/return my purchase?

Of course you can - and it's free! You have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you receive your package from us. If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will send you everything you need and help you as best we can. You can read more about cancellation and returns in our Refund Policy.
