How to get free shipping

We offer free delivery to parcel shop / post office in Denmark, for purchases over 500 DKK. Delivery to parcel box in Sweden is free, for purchases over 650 SEK.

When does the birthday sale end?

Our birthday sale ends on February 1th.

General questions

How discreet is it to shop with us?

It is very discreet to shop with us. We do not share your information with anyone other than the shipping company and your goods are sent in a cardboard box, shipping bag or envelope that only says "Priverv". The package is therefore completely anonymous and no one will be able to guess what is in it.


What will be on the bank statement in the bank?

Your bank statement in the bank will simply say "SP*PRIVERV". So don’t worry, no one will be able to see what you bought or where you bought from.

Can I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over 200 DKK, which are sent to Pakkeboks in Denmark. Free delivery to Sweden for purchases over 340 SEK.

Can I choose a parcel box / post office myself?

Yes. You can choose which PostNord parcel shop / box you want your parcel delivered to.

How does day-to-day delivery work?

Day-to-day delivery applies when ordering items that are in stock, before kl. 16.00 on weekdays and only applies to orders delivered to Pakkeshop / box in Denmark.

Do you deliver to Norway?

We have been in contact with the Tax Administration in Norway, to get the last thing in place, so that we (hopefully) can soon also send packages to Norway.

A product is sold out or is not available in my size?

We recommend that you contact us so that we can check the current stock status for you. In some cases, we have items in stock that have not yet been listed. Alternatively, the item may be reserved or pre-ordered.

Can I cancel / return my purchase?

Of course you can - and it's free! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package from us. If you want to regret your purchase, we will send you everything you need and help you as best we can. You can read more about cancellation and return in our Refund policy.
