We have a new chat and support system after experiencing challenges for a period of time with emails and chats not being delivered to us as expected in the old system 👎🏻
For this reason, we have made the decision to change the system and instead use a new one that works better. In this regard, you will find that the usual chat icon at the bottom of the website has been replaced and will look a little different from now on - it will however work in exactly the same way 💬
While we are getting fully settled into the new system, there may be challenges with chat and emails as we are still getting to know it completely ☺️
